We'll start with an assessment so you can evaluate your baseline. Learn how your diaphragm, deep core muscles, and pelvic floor work together to support your body, improve posture, and calm your nervous system.

We'll practice breathing techniques and exercises that help reduce stress while building a stronger foundation for movement.

Day 2: Build From the Ground Up

Healthy movement begins with your feet.

You'll improve balance, wake up muscles that have been sleeping for years, and learn how your feet influence your knees, hips, and back.

We'll also look at how your jaw, shoulders, and neck are connected to the entire system.Ā 

Day 3: Move With Confidence

Restore hip mobility, improve alignment, activate your glutes, and reduce the stiffness that contributes to back, shoulder, and neck discomfort.

Meet Shawn

I've been a Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer since 2002, but my greatest education didn't happen in a classroom or a gym.

For more than twenty years, I sold millions of dollars' worth of products on live television. I lived the hustle culture, chased success, and kept pushing... until life reminded me that willpower alone isn't enough.

In my early 30s, I faced a painful divorce, the unexpected death of my daughter's father, grief, single motherhood, financial hardship, job loss, and the challenge of rebuilding my life from the ground up. Those experiences changed not only who I was, but also how I understood health.

I learned that stress, grief, trauma, and overwhelm don't just affect our emotions. They affect our energy, our habits, our motivation, and the way we care for ourselves.

Today, I combine more than two decades of experience in health coaching, behavior change, communication, and grief education to help women build healthier lives without shame, guilt, or perfectionism.

While working as a trainer, I noticed something that broke my heart. Most of the women who came to me, many between 40y and 70y, weren't looking for six-pack abs. They were looking for someone who would simply meet them where they were.

I understand that feeling because I didn't grow up athletic either. Even today, as a personal trainer, I can still feel intimidated walking into some gyms.

So instead of creating another intimidating fitness program, I started coaching women in a quiet corner of the gym where they felt safe enough to ask questions they were embarrassed to ask anywhere else.

Many of those women told me they wanted to keep working together, but gym memberships and personal training weren't always affordable. That's why I created The 3-Day Groove Resetā„¢.

This program gives you the knowledge, confidence, and foundation to begin right where you are, at home, with simple equipment, realistic expectations, and support that fits real life. My goal isn't to have you depend on me forever. It's to help you feel confident enough to take care of yourself for years to come.
